Benito's Hot Sauce
It all began back in 2007 with a backyard chile garden, some truly amazing friends and a strong passion for saucin'. We now source over 4000 pounds (annually) of locally grown organic chile peppers, organic fresh veggies and other farmstead ingredients from six Vermont farms in order to make the freshest tasting sauce on earth. Each bottle is made by hand the old fashioned way in our tiny commercial kitchen in Northern Vermont. We do not use any salt, gums, or starches of any kind.
